At HYD Fresh, customer satisfaction is our priority. We ensure quality and freshness in every order. However, if you are not satisfied with any product, we offer a simple and transparent return and refund process as outlined below.
1. Return Policy
Customers can request a return within 2 hours of delivery.
Returns are accepted only if the product is:
Damaged
Spoiled
Incorrect item delivered
Poor quality at the time of delivery
The product must be unused and in the same condition as delivered.
⏰ Return requests made after 2 hours of delivery will not be accepted.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of fresh products, the following items are not eligible for return after the 2-hour window:
Fresh vegetables and fruits once used or altered
Items damaged due to improper storage by the customer
Products returned without a valid reason
3. Refund Policy
Once a return request is approved, the refund will be processed.
Refunds will be issued:
To the original payment method, or
As store credit, depending on the situation
Refunds are typically processed within 3–5 business days after approval.
4. Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch by contacting us immediately.
Once an order is dispatched, cancellation requests will not be accepted.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at {email address} and send your item to: {physical address}.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
